Hi-Cut 85' manufactures space-grade hardware engineered to survive launch loads and extreme thermal cycling, including flexures for orbital surveillance systems such as the Ofek satellite program.

USA-specification Invar 36 is machined with vacuum thermal treatments between stages to neutralize internal stresses and lock in thermal stability. Spacebound parts undergo X-ray and ultrasonic testing before delivery.

Typical parts

  • Optomechanical satellite flexures
  • Invar 36 structural spacers
  • Mirror mounts
  • Satellite structural housings
