Engineering & Process Planning

Drawing review and manufacturing route planning before the first cut.

Process suitability starts with the drawing. Material, geometry and inspection requirements are reviewed before a manufacturing route is defined.

Because CNC machining, EDM and metrology run in the same facility, the route can move a part between processes to protect thin walls, hold tolerances and shorten lead times.

From Drawing to Route

  • Drawing Review: Geometry, tolerances, material and quantity assessed against in-house capabilities.
  • Route Definition: Sequencing of milling, turning, EDM and inspection stages.
  • In-House Electrodes: Copper and graphite electrodes turned on site for EDM die sinking.
  • Custom Fixturing: Fixtures designed for stable, repeatable serial runs.
  • Inspection Planning: FAI, CoC and dimensional reports matched to the customer's quality requirements.
